Consumers expect and deserve immediate action to their inquiries, especially where a complaint is involved.   When we receive a complaint, we record all of the consumer’s information and assure them that we will forward it to you for review and disposition.  Consumer Relations immediately sends the information to you and your Divisional Supervisor. We request a plan of resolution from you within 48 hours of your receipt of the complaint.

Consumer Relations continuously monitors the status of every complaint.
