The Kirby Company takes great pride in rewarding Distributors who create success for themselves and others. Beginning January 1, you can compete in the Inventory Protection Program (IPP).

INVENTORY:The Building Blocks of Your Future Purchase 600 Units to Receive 48 Kirby Systems and Accessories
With ample inventory, you’ll build a strong foundation for your business and your future.
All Factory Distributors participate at the 2015 Inventory Protection Program (IPP) level.
Established Factory Distributors (i.e. those who have completed a 1stYear IPP program) participate at the IPP Level. All established Factory Distributors who purchase and pay for 600 Kirby units during the 2015 calendar year (January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015) will receive: 48 Kirby systems, 48 Multi-Surface Shampoo systems, and 48 Zippbrushes.
The Distributor must pay for and take delivery of Kirby systems ordered in late December no later than January 15, 2016 in order for the units to count toward the Distributor’s 2015 IPP total.
Your 601st Kirby system purchase qualifies you for a discount per unit for the balance of the calendar year. Shouldthe discount not appear on your invoice, a rebate check will be issued when payment has been received.
The succeeding Factory Distributor will be responsible for paying any and all additional charges on these 48 Kirby units, such as freight, duty, taxes, KDA and Division legal fees. Kirby units will be awarded upon the review of the Factory Distributor’s performance according to the Company’s “Shipping Policy.”
Each Established Factory Distributor’s Kirby unit purchases during the 2015 campaign year will also count toward the other Contest levels until the end of the Contest period, December 31, 2015.
New Factory Distributors also participate in the Inventory Protection Program for the 2015 calendar year. A New Factory Distributor will have from his/her start date until December 31st of the following calendar year to purchase and pay for 1,200 units to receive 96 Kirby systems, 96 Multi-Surface Shampoo systems, and 96 Zippbrushes.
When 600 units are purchased and paid for, the New Factory Distributor will receive 48 Kirby systems, 48 Multi-Surface Shampoo systems, and 48 Zippbrushes. They will continue in the program and when they purchase and pay for an additional 600 units, they will receive another 48 Kirby systems, 48 Multi-Surface Shampoo systems and 48 Zippbrushes.
Once the New Factory Distributor has purchased and paid for 1,200 Kirby systems, he/she will qualify for a discount per unit for the balance of the calendar year. Should the discount not appear on your invoice, a rebate check will be issued when payment has been received.
The New Factory Distributor will be enrolled in the Established Factory Distributor IPP on January 1st of the following year.
